We are involved in every phase of water treatment and are capable of improving the quality of your water. Culligan of Hays has been owned by Loren and Darlene Pearson since the mid 1980s. When we began operating our business, we made a solemn commitment to all of our current and potential new customers - to only offer products with the best value, exceptional quality and unparalleled service. Our dedicated employees strive every day to exceed these goals as they respond to the needs of our many new and long-term customers. We are confident that our mission has been the right one and that it will continue to endure the test of time. In past years, we also owned dealerships in Pratt and Dodge City, Kansas. Although we have now sold these profitable businesses to local business owners, we are proud to have been associated with the fine Culligan customers in those communities. Currently, we offer our services in the ten Kansas counties of Edwards, Ellis, Graham, Ness, Pawnee, Phillips, Rooks, Rush, Russell and Trego. Our warehouse and service office is centrally located in Hays, Kansas, in Ellis County. Loyal customers and skilled, hard-working and motivated employees are always the keys to any successful business. When we started, we had only one serviceman and a part-time secretary. In addition to Darlene and Loren, we now have an office manager, an accounts secretary, a customer service representative and four skilled service technicians and route people with over 35 years of combined experience. As our loyal customers have increased substantially, our staff has also grown. We are thankful to you, our customers, for our growth.
